Sincerely we appreciate all the participants for submitting their brilliant works from all around the world. Since there are so many great works on the list, besides the top three submitted animations, we decided to select 5 more Honorable Mentions. We had the honor of inviting professional animators and scholars from DisneyToons Animation Studio and California Institute of the Arts as our judges.

The Competition of Animation Desk aims to evoke users' creativity and collect brilliant animations made using Animation Desk.
Entry in the competition is FREE. All participants should make animations by using Animation Desk.
The Competition of Animation Desk Challenge will be held from May 2nd, 2011 to May 30th 2011. A Judging committee, formed by Kdan Mobile, will rank all animations submitted. The first place, second place, and third place winner will receive a $300,$200, and $100 US iTunes gift card, respectively. The winners will be announced on June 1st, 2011.
The judging committee will select three best animations in the end of May 2011. The first place, second place, and third place winner will receive a $300,$200, and $100 US iTunes gift card, respectively. All winners will also receive two redemption codes of Animation Desk.
The judging committee, consisting of representatives from ME+ Studio, will select three best animations. The result will be announced on the official website of Kdan Mobile.

By submitting your Animation created using Animation Desk (hereinafter referred as "Animation") and in consideration of Kdan Mobile evaluating your Animation for its possible use on and in connection with the Competition for Animation Desk, you agree to the following terms and conditions ("Animation Submission Terms and Conditions" or "Terms"):
If your Animation is selected for use by Kdan Mobile, you acknowledge that the Animation is considered a work-for-hire as defined under the United States Copyright Act of 1976 and will become the sole property of Kdan Mobile Software Ltd. And its affiliates (hereinafter collectively referred as "Kdan Mobile"). To the extent that the Animation may not, by operation of law, be a work made for hire in accordance with the Terms, you agree to assign to Kdan Mobile the entire right, title, and interest in and to the copyright to further sublicense the Animation, to use your Animation for commercial purposes.
If your Animation is selected, Kdan Mobile may use your Animation in any manner, including but not limited to: using the Animation on both the Official website of Kdan Mobile and on marketing materials for Kdan Mobile, and you as the author of the Animation.
You acknowledge that Kdan Mobile reserves the right to not selecting any Animation for consideration for any reason.
A Judging committee, formed by Kdan Mobile, will rank all animations submitted. The first place, second place, and third place winner will receive a $300, $200, and $100 US iTunes gift card, respectively. Kdan Mobile also reserves the right of not selecting any winner.
You alone will be responsible for the payment of any tax that arises as a result of receiving reward from Kdan Mobile. Reward will be sent within thirty (30) days after the Animation has been selected.
